Responsibilities
- Perform neurosurgical procedures and interventions
- Conduct pre-operative evaluations and consultations
- Provide post-operative care and follow-up for patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in neurosurgery
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Participate in departmental meetings and case discussions
- Ensure compliance with medical regulations and standards
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Neurosurgery or eligibility
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Florida
- Strong surgical skills and expertise in neurosurgical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care
- Experience in a clinical setting is preferred
Level II Trauma
Schedule: 12-hour day or night shifts
EMR: Meditech
Must be board-certified
