As our Data & Automation Analyst youll help turn data into actionable insights that support our digital marketing strategy. Youll work closely with teams across Aussie Broadband to provide the reporting metrics and analysis needed to deliver successful campaigns. Your work will directly support both customer acquisition and retention.

Understanding of the telco industry and customer journeys.
2 years experience in data analysis within digital marketing CRM or lifecycle teams.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and audience segmentation.
Handson skills in data warehousing and SQL (e.g. BigQuery Snowflake Redshift).
Background in data quality validation and governance.
Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration tools.
Familiarity with data modelling for marketing events consent profiles and lifecycle stages.
Proficient with BI/dashboard tools such as Looker Power BI or Tableau.
Experience in customer journey mapping segmentation and automation design.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Ability to collect analyse and interpret data to support decisionmaking.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems work independently and adapt quickly.
