About the Role

The Project Coordinator works within the restoration team providing a high standard of quality service to both customers and clients by engaging trades technicians preparing reports and scopes managing budgets and time frames to ensure the delivery within the client set KPIs.

Key Activities

• Project coordination of small-medium repairs
• Schedule trades/ technicians/ specialists
• Cost management through claim life and handling of trade invoices
• Focus on KPIs and client agreements
• Collate photos and documents for reports and quotations
• Effectively liaise with stakeholders

Essential Capabilities and Behaviours

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Expert organisational and time management skills
• Interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain and build relationships
• Exceptional multitasking abilities
• Ability to thrive in a team
• Strong attention to detail

Desirable Skills (not essential)

• Experience in insurance repair coordination
• Experience with establishing & maintaining long term relationships/accounts
