Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the growth strategy for LCQQQ business across China.
- Drive pipeline creation through close collaboration with commercial teams marketing business units and regional sales organizations.
- Identify prioritize and support high-value opportunities to accelerate pipeline conversion and improve order closure.
- Partner with regional sales teams to strengthen opportunity qualification account planning and deal execution discipline.
- Provide hands-on coaching to sales and technical teams on customer application needs product positioning objection handling and competitive strategy.
Qualifications
- Masters degree or below in Chemistry Life Sciences Analytical Science Pharmacy or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technical sales application support product specialist or sales management roles within analytical instruments or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of LCMS triple quadrupole and analytical workflow applications with LCQQQ-related experience strongly preferred.
- Good commercial acumen with the ability to balance technical solution selling and business impact.
- Demonstrated capability in coaching influencing and leading cross-regional teams without direct authority.
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in pipeline management and forecasting.
- Willingness to travel as business needs require.
