Job Summary

Your tasks
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from scoping to implementation and closure
- Define project objectives scope timelines and resource planning
- Act as the primary point of contact for the internal team clients and stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional international teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence
- Identify assess and mitigate project management methodologies governance and best practices
- Drive requirements engineering and alignment between business and technical teams
- Monitor project performance timelines budgets and quality
- Lead workshops steering committees and status reporting
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and value creation for clients
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in consulting or related industry
- Proven experience leading IT projects as Project Lead or Project Manager
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and requirements engineering
- Experience in Consumer Goods (CG) industry is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of IT project delivery (e.g. CRM digital platforms system implementations)
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive mindset
- Experience working in remote and international environments
- Fluent in English
- Italian is a plus
- Multilingual background is a strong advantage

- language skills e.g. German French Italian Spanish
