We are looking for a confident outgoing individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Working in a fast-paced environment you will be part of a friendly supportive team whose emphasis is on delivering high level client care from the moment our clients contact the veterinary clinics.
The Opportunity
This is a varied and interesting post responsibilities include assisting new clients in their referral journey booking appointments for clinical services dealing with telephone and email queries from clients and referring veterinary surgeons managing paperwork scanning and ensuring a tidy and professional appearance in areas of responsibility which will ensure the provision of gold standard customer care.
