Job Summary
We are looking for Care Professionals needed to support with calls to support a male client based in Coalville. The calls are 7 days a week but depending on your availability will be the shift patterns you do.
Morning call: 8:00am 12:00pm
Evening call: 6:00pm 10:00pm
Support includes:
Personal care
Medication support
Catheter care/support
Home help and companionship
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in someones daily life while working with a supportive team at Home Instead Charnwood. Experience is preferred but full training and ongoing support will be provided needs to be a driver with own vehicle with the full right to work in the UK.

Requirements
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Full UK Drivers License with own vehicle
- Full right to work within the UK
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using IT systems and scheduling software
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
