Key Responsibilities
- Manage bartenders and oversee drink service to ensure quality and consistency.
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Participate in bartending shifts as needed to support team and service levels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bar management or similar roles within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and staff.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring 40-50 hours per week with overtime opportunities available.
