Job Summary
Were looking for a detail-oriented and organized Application Administrator to join our this role you will be responsible for managing maintaining and supporting an enterprise applications for workforce management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering reliable application performance and user support.
- Install configure and maintain the workforce management application for our contact center agents
- Perform routine system administration tasks including user account management access controls and security updates
- Monitor application performance and system health identifying and resolving issues proactively
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and internal teams
- Document application configurations procedures and changes in accordance with organizational standards
- Manage application patches upgrades and version updates while minimizing downtime
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions
- Maintain accurate records of application inventory licenses and system documentation
- Analyze application logs and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of users ensuring proper application access and configuration
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity
Qualifications :
**Required Skills & Experience:**
- 3 years of experience in application administration or IT systems support
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Proficiency with Windows systems and Windows based applications
- Experience with enterprise application management platforms
- Strong knowledge of application installation configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience with computer networks and interfaces
- Experience with user account management and access control systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to document technical processes and procedures clearly
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
**Preferred Skills & Experience:**
- Experience with Linux operating systems
- Experience with Citrix system
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices
- Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell) or automation tools (Terraform Ansible)
- Experience with application monitoring and performance analysis tools (like Dynatrace)
- Project management experience or exposure
- Experience with database administration basics (like Postgres)
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance requirements
