Job Description
The Sr. BCM reports to the Franchise Leader and will develop the BU strategy and activities under the leadership of the Marketing Lead for the responsible this role you will play a pivotal role in building brand awareness and driving market access for our key oncology product with a specific focus on Women Cancers. These tumor responsibilities are subject to change in the future as Oncology opportunities change.
You will leverage your expertise in marketing and project management to develop and execute strategic plans in our fast paced environment collaborate with cross-functional teams and health care professionals and ultimately help make a significant difference for patients in Hungary.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Lead Marketing Strategy:
- Marketing role with a special emphasis on leadership of the marketing strategy and implementation for Women Cancers opportunities.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive sales in the oncology sector.
- Recommend a strategic tumor plan (L3 Next) aligned with global and regional strategies while customizing it for the local Hungarian market to maximize growth and profitability.
- Set clear key business priorities annual promotional plans and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and develop patient-centric solutions
- Stay up-to-date on the latest scientific and clinical developments in these specific tumor types.
- Prepare business presentations
- Analyze market data
- Provide inputs to forecast plans
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other oncology departments within the company to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience for Oncology.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including the sales team medical team digital team analytics team market access team compliance team and others.
Project Management and Budget Management:
- develops and executes marketing campaigns including digital efforts for promoted cancer indications.
- Develop and implement a variety of marketing materials tools and services leveraging existing regional solutions and ensuring alignment with medical affairs KAMs (Key Account Managers) market access the multi-channel team and trainees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
- Provide input to annual planning for congress activity
- Monitor and manage brand budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Ensure the completion of administrative tasks in line with company policy.
- Coordinate for the necessary approvals of promotional materials in the responsible indication(s).
- Lead with excellence prioritizing tasks and producing high-quality work within the specified indications.
External Relationships:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external agencies professional societies patient groups and scientific leaders.
Key Required Skills:
As a brand manager strong analytical skills are essential for interpreting market data and customer insights enabling effective strategy development and addition proficiency in project management strategic thinking and effective process management is crucial to drive initiatives from conception to execution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also vital allowing for clear cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Required Expectations:
In addition to the above skills candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical brand management ideally within the oncology sector. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and marketing campaign management is essential. Experience managing scientific leaders (SLs) launching new products and a strong marketing educational background are highly desirable. Familiarity with omnichannel campaign management is also important for driving integrated marketing initiatives and reaching diverse audiences effectively.
