Job Summary
- Proactively identify and approach potential customers
- Conduct cold outreach and initiate new business conversations
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing
- Build trust based relationships with mid and long term perspective
- Understand customer pain points and position solutions accordingly
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure alignment
- Use CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline and performance
Qualifications :
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Comfortable with cold calls and outbound engagement
- Motivated by relationship building not short term transactions
- Basic technical understanding or strong interest in technology
- Experience in B2B or consultative sales environments
- Resilient and comfortable operating in dynamic environments
- Fluent English
