Job Summary
In partnership with Nespresso were looking for a natural leader with a passion for retail and sales to join our Company as a Full Time Team Leader.
Working across Thursday to Monday this unique role will develop your career in account coordination during the week while leading a high-performing Brand Ambassador team on weekends.

About the role:
- Support day-to-day client operations and program delivery
- Lead coach and motivate a team of Brand Ambassadors to deliver strong sales results
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients
- Conduct store visits and monitor execution standards and customer experience
- Assist with rostering onboarding and team communication
- Drive team performance against KPIs and program expectations
About You
- Experience in retail field marketing or FMCG (highly regarded)
- A natural leader who enjoys coaching and supporting others
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capability
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint preferred)
- Available ThursdayMonday (weekends essential)
