Office Coordinator – Marketing Background

Job Summary
We are looking for an Office Coordinator with a marketing background to support the daytoday operations of our Argentina office while also providing basic support to Business Generation and Marketing activities.
This role is ideal for someone organised proactive and detailoriented who wants to start from a strong operational base and gradually gain exposure to commercial and marketing processes in a professional services environment.
Key responsibilities
Office coordination (core role)
- Provide general administrative and office support (meetings correspondence suppliers travel coordination).
- Coordinate meetings and calls including agendas minutes and followups.
- Maintain office databases contact lists and documentation.
- Support IT and asset coordination (basic tracking liaison with providers).
- Support team events and internal initiatives.
- Provide basic support to Finance and HR when required.
Marketing & Business Generation support
- Support updating and managing marketing materials (presentations case studies brochures).
- Assist with nontechnical bid support (formatting document checks brand compliance).
- Support internal communications and basic branding inductions.
- Assist with event preparation linked to marketing and business development.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in office coordination administrative support or similar roles.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in an officebased fastpaced environment.
- Interest in marketing business development and commercial activities.
