Assistant Manager | Client & Portfolio Services (AIFM)

Responsible for delivering comprehensive client and portfolio management services across alternative investment fund mandates (Private Equity Infrastructure Real Estate Debt) ensuring strong client relationships and highquality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead relationship manager for assigned clients and key service providers (investment advisors delegated portfolio managers depositaries fund administrators).
• Advisory model: Oversee endtoend execution of portfolio transactions including review of investment recommendations analysis of transaction documentation coordination of compliance and AML checks documentation of investment decisions and monitoring asset performance and KPIs.
• Delegation model: Ensure appropriate oversight of delegated portfolio managers through involvement in preexecution reviews (risk and valuation) and ongoing monitoring using quarterly KPIs.
• Prepare quarterly reporting for the AIFM board summarising fund activity.
• Maintain corporate and operational fund documentation including board minutes and operating memoranda.
• Contribute to internal projects focused on process improvement automation standardisation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications :

Qualifications Skills and Competencies 

• University degree in economics or law.
• 5 years of experience with Luxembourg AIFs including 3 years in an AIFM.
• Strong clientfacing skills and ability to operate in highprofile environments.
• Excellent organisational abilities.
• Fluency in English; German is a strong asset.
