Your missions
As Interim Finance Manager you will :
Oversee financial reporting cycles (monthly quarterly annual closing)
Ensure compliance with Luxembourg regulatory requirements (CSSF) and applicable accounting standards (IFRS / Lux GAAP)
Manage regulatory reporting linked to custody settlement and securities servicing activities
Act as key contact for auditors and internal stakeholders
Maintain and enhance internal control frameworks in a regulated banking environment
Support budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes
Deliver financial analysis to senior management to support decision-making
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance function

Your ideal profile
Proven experience as Finance Manager Financial Controller or similar role within banking or financial services
Solid knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory framework (CSSF)
Strong understanding of IFRS and Lux GAAP
Experience in regulated and audit-intensive environments
Ability to operate autonomously in an interim / fast-paced context
Strong analytical control-oriented and detail-focused mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Professional qualification is an asset
