Electrical Construction Manager Advanced Manufacturing

• Manage end-to-end electrical project execution for a manufacturing facility from design review to commissioning.
• Oversee electrical contractors consultants and vendors to ensure compliance with project scope quality and safety standards.
• Review electrical drawings specifications method statements and shop drawings.
• Plan and monitor project schedules budgets and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with local authorities codes and standards (e.g. Suruhanjaya Tenaga IEC MS standards).
• Coordinate with civil mechanical process and EHS teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections progress meetings and risk assessments.
• Manage testing commissioning and handover documentation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks technical issues and delays.
• Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 710 years of experience in electrical project management preferably within manufacturing industrial or plant construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems power distribution switchgear lighting earthing and industrial electrical installations.
• Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary site teams.
• Familiarity with Malaysian electrical regulations and authority submissions.
• Proficient in project management tools and documentation.
• Excellent communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
