Job Summary

As a weekend F&B Supervisor your main responsibilities include: 

  • Overseeing the weekend operations of the Restaurant and Bar 
  • Ensure friendly and professional food and beverage service and experience is provided to all guests
  • Train and develop staff members in product knowledge and 5 Star service standards.
  • Use product knowledge to upsell and enhance experiences.
  • Act on guest feedback quickly and thoughtfully.
  • Lead by example in standards pace and professionalism.
  • Foster a collaborative inclusive team culture.

Qualifications :

  • 2 years in an F&B supervisory role.
  • Duty Managers Certificate (required).
  • Strong knowledge of beer wine spirits and cocktails.
  • Leadership presence with excellent communication.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for people food and the guest experience.
