Job Summary
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
Controlling the financials of RBNAs On Premise Non-Commercial Key Account and Vending channels
Contribute to a high forecasting accuracy of business plans revised estimates and long-term forecasts and bottom up builds
Support challenge and influence the budget owners during the planning process in alignment with business priorities.
Establish regular budget reviews and provide insights on the LE forecast to the management
Coordinates the Business Plan/Revised Estimate data collection and data entry in the CPM planning tool
Supports and challenges the budget owners during the planning process to ensure high quality and realistic plans
Prepares year-to-go best estimates to signal any budget deviations/risks
Manage and support monthly maintenance of CPM and ensure planning accuracy for On Premise Non Commercial Key Account and Vending channels
Ensure prior and current year accruals are accurate and build/released were needed
REPORTING & ANALYSIS
Ensure a timely distribution of financial information (plan & actual) to every budget holder by sending out reports allowing system access and presenting the information in regular meetings.
Evaluates existing reports to improve with automatic and reduce redundant reports to minimize time spent for report generation and increase time for analysis commenting and insights sharing.
Prepares and distributes a detailed monthly report including comments on volume and investment achievement towards the official targets and current trending result for all relevant channels
Reports actual figures versus latest plan with full and detailed analysis of results and high-quality reporting to business owners
Ensures that any analysis in major deviations is being translated and executed into adjustments/corrections in the CPM planning environment.
Continuously supporting the field in best practice of CPM management and reporting capabilities
BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP
Builds a solid relationship with budget holders based on mutual respect and a service-oriented mentality while challenging where necessary.
Presents monthly status updates to business partners and communicates drivers of any changes to plan
Be able to understand complex business processes and communicate them in an effective manner
Establish a strong working relationship with Finance partners
Turn fact-based Insights into action influence business partners using data to create actionable plans and conclusions
Hold on-site and online trainings for the system users of to ensure proper understanding of the why and how to fully leverage systems strengthening the connection with key users
Review update and implement processes to ensure consistent efficiency
Work closely with the Business Managers to increase the effectiveness of our trade investments
Support the Business Managers in budget reallocations and ensure overall budget adherence.
Manage the volume and investment budget for the On Premise Non-Commercial and Vending channels and pro-actively signal major deviations and take appropriate actions
Challenge volume planning at various levels of the product hierarchy to ensure a realistic and up to date volume plan
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university
CPA is preferred
3 years experience in Finance.
Highly analytical fast learner positive attitude
Excellent Microsoft excel and PowerPoint skills familiarity with any integrated business analysis tool (SAP BI/ Hyperion)
Power BI knowledge is a plus
Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities or trends
Good communication and presentation skills
A structured and well-organized individual
Must be self-motivated and proactive and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
High performer with desire to learn
Prior CPG experience a plus
Additional Information :
This position is open to U.S. citizens U.S. permanent residents or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $86000 - $128000 cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
