This role focuses on delivering diverse solutions to clients driving culture and behavior change and creating a strong employee experience. The job content will include leading sales and customer delivery. This is a key position in Taiwans fast-growing solutions sector where you will work with a group of passionate colleagues and leverage leading insights (ICs) and digital tools.
Youll demonstrate the ability to build deep and lasting relationships design and articulate compelling EXand change strategies and build concrete solutions based on deep expertise both your own and others expertise. You have access to a suite of strategic advisors and digital solutions. This role also requires strategic thinking technical understanding sales leadership solution architecture and teamwork coordination skills focusing on improving EXsopportunities and turning ideas into actionable actions.
ResponsibilitiesThis position has three core focuses:
Client Solutioning. At least initially the focus will include:
Employee Insights: Includes a range of leading survey solutions digital focus groups and other employee listeningsolutions.
Organization Development/Change Strategy: Includes change management (e.g. designing change programs related to Total Rewards and Wellbeing) organizational/cultural transformation and human resources/employee experience (HR/EX)strategy (including employee value proposition EVP/employer branding).
Talent Assessment/Leadership Development: Includes a complete assessment solution and extended leadership influence and talent management services.
Market Development: Work closely with local leaders to define and shape go-to-marketplans and priorities including market and competitive analysis customer targeting customer account planning and sales execution.
Capability Development: Identifying nurturing and mentoring colleagues who are bringing our solutions to market upskilling them and providing coaching support to support customer success and market growth.
QualificationsProven business development sales and account management skills.
Masters degree in industrial/organizational psychology or related field.
Solid understanding of employee listening employee value proposition (EVP) design leadership development changemanagement/communication and organizational development (OD)markets. and at least 10 years ofrelevant experience.
Strong ambition and motivation to achieve results achieve business goals and increase market share.
Demonstrate thought leadership and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Influence senior management and board of directors and work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrate a collaborative business style and introduce new value-added services internally and to customers.
Committed to quality and continuous improvement.
Business trips can be made as needed and extended working hours can be cooperated.
