Business Analyst (Data & BI) Associate

• Extract manipulate and analyse large datasets from Snowflake using SQL turning data into clear actionable insights - not just outputs.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions ensuring they are scalable reliable and widely adopted by the business.
• Translate business questions into structured analysis delivering concise and impactful insights to stakeholders.
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making across multiple business areas with a strong focus on speed and accuracy.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of self-serve analytics enabling teams to independently access and explore data.
• Work closely with Data Engineering and other teams to improve data availability quality and usability.
• Continuously challenge assumptions identify opportunities and proactively propose data-driven solutions to business problems.

Qualifications :

Essential:

• A degree in Statistics Economics Mathematics Computer Science or related field.
• 2 years experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Working knowledge of SQL with the ability to query and manipulate large datasets.
• Fluent level of written and spoken English.
• An understanding of statistical analysis techniques.

Desired:

• Advanced SQL skills
• Interest in sports and/or familiarity with the sports betting / iGaming industry
• Experience with dbt and GIT
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics Optimove or similar marketing/data platforms
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g. Omni Looker Power BI Tableau)
• Experience working in digital data-driven or iGaming environments
• Portuguese and/or Spanish
