Talent & Leadership Partner 12 month FTC

Work that matters What youll do

• Partner across our global Talent Leadership and Learning community to create high-impact people initiatives
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to co-create solutions in consideration of strategic priorities
• Use data and insights to shape decisions identify opportunities and measure the impact
• Design and embed scalable end-to-end talent and learning experiences
• Champion the use of technology to enhance and modernise people solutions
• Support key areas including leadership development performance future skills and Inclusion & Belonging

Qualifications :

What youll need to bring to the role & Experian

• Experience operating in a global matrixed environment with strong partner management skills
• Translate data into clear insights and relevant outcomes
• Experience designing and engaging scalable people solutions
• Commercial awareness and understanding of priorities
• Experience working with diverse geographically distributed teams

Additional Information :

Benefits package includes:

• Hybrid working - 40% office based (approximately 2 days)
