Your responsibilities
You ensure that everything runs smoothly at head office: in a structured pragmatic way and with an eye for detail. You are the go-to person a facilitator and a natural organiser all rolled into one.
In doing so you take on responsibility work closely with senior management and various departments contribute ideas and tackle tasks pragmatically. Whether its organisation communication or operational matters: you bring order to day-to-day business and create an environment in which everyone can concentrate on their work. You are also the first point of contact for visitors and guests your warm welcome opens more than just the door!
Tasks
- Assistant
You support the president with projects and individual tasks and are often the one who simply gets things moving - Office Management
You ensure that the office has everything it needs from equipment to stationery. Research supplier selection and price negotiation thats right up your street! - Fleet Management
You coordinate everything to do with procurement maintenance and so on (currently 23 vehicles) - Facilities & Service Provider Management
You organise service providers and tradespeople quickly reliably and without any fuss - Travel & Guest Management
You look after guests and organise travel this is where you can really put your service-oriented mindset to good use - Event Support
Assisting with the planning and execution of events in collaboration with the marketing team - Internal Organisation
Supporting specialist departments with organisational matters - Hands-on tasks
And yes: dealing with post minor repairs or ad-hoc issues are also part of the job
Your profile
Do you have a background in the hospitality industry or a similar field and love it when everything runs smoothly Do you keep a cool head even when things get hectic and do you have a good feel for people organisation and atmosphere
Then this could be exactly the next step for you and without shift work!
- EP is an international company both in terms of its field of activity and its workforce. You are therefore able to express yourself confidently in German and English.
- Youll be well-prepared if you have training in the hospitality industry and/or a commercial background
- Itll be difficult without organisational skills you know from experience that youve got what it takes
- Communication skills and the ability to work in a team are your strengths; discretion is second nature to you
- You enjoy getting stuck in and when necessary youre not afraid to take the lead
- Youre keen on change and growth
