Job Summary
- Support the project management team in the day-to-day operations surrounding Celebrity Collections
- Assist in the 360 coordination of ongoing projects including the maintenance and tracking of project timelines and deadlines
- Support communication with artists management teams and external partners
- Assist in the planning preparation and execution of marketing launches and campaign activations
- Support KPI management including the preparation of reports and basic analyses
- Assist with budget and cost overviews for ongoing projects
- Conduct research on trends in fashion celebrities and social media and derive initial insights
- Provide general organizational and administrative support to the team
Qualifications :
- Ongoing or completed studies in business media fashion management communications or a comparable field
- Initial practical experience in project management marketing fashion influencer management or agency environments is a plus
- Strong organizational skills as well as a structured and reliable way of working
- Interest in fashion celebrities social media and current trends
- Confident handling of MS Office and/or Google Suite
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
