Senior System Engineer (mfd) Making IT work seamlessly

• Shapes the network (VLANs firewalls switching) as a resilient backbone

• Connects people systems and partners seamlessly
• Makes security backups & M365 tools feel invisible but essential.

• Youve built your expertise through real-world experience not just theory (degree is a plus not a must)
• 5 years in system engineering working hands-on in professional environments
• Confident across Windows Active Directory / Azure Microsoft 365 Linux and Mac
• Experienced in M365 backup strategies and local backup solutions
• Strong networking know-how (switching VLANs firewalls segmentation NAC)
• Proven in implementing and maintaining IT security concepts
• Work independently when needed but know how to collaborate effectively
• Structure your work prioritize well and take ownership of your tasks
• Bring a professional mindset: reliable solution-oriented and used to getting things done
• Communicate clearly in English; German is a plus.
