This means that you will gain on-the-job experience with us which you can later expand upon academically during your studies.

In this role you will take responsibility for meaningful tasks collaborate with international experts and contribute directly to the development of next-generation acoustic MEMS sensor technology.

  • As part of the characterization and qualification team you support the planning execution and analysis of test measurements for acoustic MEMS devices including documentation and clear communication of results
  • In close collaboration with international experts you work on topics related to sensor and measurement technology in a global interdisciplinary environment
  • You are responsible for the detailed analysis of failure mechanisms and the clear differentiation between sensor-specific effects and measurement-related influences
  • By actively contributing to the improvement of test methods setups and data evaluation workflows you help enhance efficiency and result quality
  • Within a special project you drive the development of a multisite test setup for acoustic components focusing on increasing throughput implementing sealing concepts and conducting various evaluations
  • Depending on your individual interests you take on additional development tasks such as setting up a real-time monitoring dashboard for key acoustic performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications :

  • Personality: Proactiveness willingness to learn independent work ethic creativity and team spirit; Strong interest in microsystem technology acoustics and MEMS sensors
  • Working Practice: Analytical structured organized
  • Experience and Knowledge: Basic knowledge in acoustics and audio signal processing affinity for data analytics competencies in statistics and measurement technology are appreciated; Programming skills and experience with CAD tools are a plus
  • Languages: Fluent English (C1) and/or advanced German (B2) language skill
  • Education: Completed university studies (bachelors degree) in microsystems engineering microelectronics electrical engineering natural sciences or a related field

Additional Information :

The Bosch PreMaster Program (Gap Year Program) is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelors degreeswho want to complete a Masters degree.After the Bachelors degree the first phase provides up to 12 months practical experience for familiarization with technical and business interrelationships. The second phase comprises the Masters course and includes personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
