- Own KPI definitions data accuracy and performance reporting
- Deliver executive-ready dashboards and insights for WBRs MBRs and in-week execution
- Translate operational data into clear trends risks and actions
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards analytics pipelines and forecasting views
- Apply AI and advanced analytics to surface patterns automate insights and improve decision speed
- Partner closely with Operations Business Support Product and Engineering

- Advanced proficiency in SQL for large complex datasets (joins window functions CTEs query optimization)
- Experience working with distributed data systems and cloud platforms (Oracle SQL Server Google BigQuery Azure)
- Hands-on experience with enterprise BI tools (Tableau Power BI or Looker)
- Ability to design executive-level dashboards and operational reporting including KPI tracking (throughput cycle time fill rate labor productivity) with drill-down and self-service capabilities
- Experience defining and maintaining clean reliable operational KPIs with familiarity in data governance and cross-functional partnership
- Experience using AI advanced analytics and forecasting techniques to identify patterns predict trends and inform forward-looking decisions
- Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum) with hands-on experience managing JIRA workflows backlog prioritization and roadmap planning
- Leadership experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable operating in high-visibility forums

The annual salary range for this position is $90000.00 - $180000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum QualificationsBachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Business or related field and 4 years experience in logistics distribution transportation or related
area OR 6 years experience in logistics distribution transportation or related area.
