Qualifications :

Client is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for a 6-month contract assignment starting immediately. This role supports high-speed manual data entry document validation quality control and check processing functions in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates must be available to work 10:00 AM 6:00 PM initially with a future shift change to 3:00 PM 11:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate high-speed data entry (15000 KS per hour) of hardcopy documents into internal software systems
• Validate and correct automated document classification extracted data and redaction exceptions with low confidence levels
• Manually enter and maintain meta-data indexing information from digital documents
• Review digitally converted documents against hardcopy originals to ensure quality standards are met
• Analyze digital checks and supporting documentation to verify payee information signatures dates and processing accuracy
• Correct check exceptions and generate check return letters when required according to procedures
• Validate extracted check amounts reconcile check batches and maintain fiscal control standards
• Research and analyze check distributions as required by the customer
• Meet established productivity quality and accuracy standards
• Complete paperwork accurately legibly and in a timely manner
• Adapt to changing priorities and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining production and quality expectations
• Perform additional duties as assigned
