Job Summary
Your mission
Were excited to introduce a hands-on role at the heart of our service operations in Bulgaria. As aField Service Engineer you will play a key part in supporting our customers on-site ensuring our solutions perform reliably throughout their lifecycle.
This is a 2-year fixed-term position ideal for engineers who enjoy dynamic environments fieldwork and making a real impact. Ready to jump in Lets take a look:
- Perform on-site commissioning maintenance and troubleshooting of PV and energy storage systems across Bulgaria
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to ensure system availability and performance
- Support customers during service visits and act as a professional technical representative on-site
- Collaborate closely with remote technical teams service partners and internal stakeholders
- Document service activities clearly and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with safety standards quality requirements and local regulations
Your profile
- Technical education or degree in electrical engineering renewable energy electronics or a comparable field
- First hands-on experience in field service commissioning or maintenance of technical systems ideally in renewables
- Solid understanding of electrical systems and the ability to read and interpret technical documentation
- Bulgarian C1 and English B2 according to CEFR
- Willingness to travel frequently within Romania and work on-site at customer locations
- Structured reliable and solution-oriented working style with strong communication skills
