Job Summary
Your mission
We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) in Human Resources / Talent Acquisition to support our People & Culture team in attracting engaging and hiring top talent. This role offers hands-on exposure across the full recruiting lifecycle within a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilites
- Support the end-to-end recruiting process from job posting to contract preparation
- Actively source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate pre-checks
- Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS
- Support the definition documentation and continuous improvement of recruiting processes and workflows
- Assist in mapping candidate journeys and standardizing hiring steps across departments
- Bring in own ideas and actively contribute to HR initiatives and projects beyond Talent Acquisition
- Support and independently carry out selected HR topics and initiatives depending on interest and experience
Your profile
- Enrolled in a Bachelors (4th semester or higher) or Masters degree in Business Administration Human Resources Psychology or a comparable field
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources
- Motivation to support the full recruiting lifecycle and engage with candidates
- Structured and detail-oriented working style especially when handling candidate data and documentation
- Interest in process definition documentation and continuous improvement
- Proactive mindset with the willingness to bring in own ideas
- Ability to work independently on selected HR topics while collaborating closely with the team
- Fluency in English and good German language skills
