Job Summary

Your mission

We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) in Human Resources / Talent Acquisition to support our People & Culture team in attracting engaging and hiring top talent. This role offers hands-on exposure across the full recruiting lifecycle within a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilites

  • Support the end-to-end recruiting process from job posting to contract preparation
  • Actively source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate pre-checks
  • Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS
  • Support the definition documentation and continuous improvement of recruiting processes and workflows
  • Assist in mapping candidate journeys and standardizing hiring steps across departments
  • Bring in own ideas and actively contribute to HR initiatives and projects beyond Talent Acquisition
  • Support and independently carry out selected HR topics and initiatives depending on interest and experience

Your profile

  • Enrolled in a Bachelors (4th semester or higher) or Masters degree in Business Administration Human Resources Psychology or a comparable field
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources
  • Motivation to support the full recruiting lifecycle and engage with candidates
  • Structured and detail-oriented working style especially when handling candidate data and documentation
  • Interest in process definition documentation and continuous improvement
  • Proactive mindset with the willingness to bring in own ideas
  • Ability to work independently on selected HR topics while collaborating closely with the team
  • Fluency in English and good German language skills
