Job Summary
Your mission
- Coordination of visa documentation for international new hires in Europe
- Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle of international staff from onboarding to offboarding.
- Collaboration with our European branches to harmonize HR standards.
- Maintenance of vehicle data and administrative support for leasing car management.
Your profile
- Business fluency in German Chinese and English.
- Professional experience in a similar role with a proven track record in handling visa and residence permit applications.
- Proactive and service-oriented approach with a passion for supporting international colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and a structured independent way of working.
