Your new role
- You own the strategy setup and continuous evolution of the IT Delivery organization with a strong focus on operational stability scalability and transformation readiness
- You establish and continuously refine delivery standards governance models and delivery frameworks ensuring predictable resilient and highquality IT delivery across services and initiatives
- You act as a strategic partner to business division heads identifying and designing highimpact initiatives ensuring their successful endtoend execution and are accountable for financial transparency and efficiency across IT Delivery
- You shape and govern sourcing strategies including vendor and provider management performance steering and cost optimization across internal and external delivery models
- You lead develop and empower IT Delivery leaders and teams building strong service ownership delivery discipline and a performanceoriented culture through transformation and work in close collaboration with the wider IT organization
Your strenghts
- You have a degree in Business Informatics Computer Science or a comparable qualification and bring extensive leadership experience (10 years) in IT delivery IT operations or platformoriented environments within regulated financial services (Must-have!)
- You have a strong track record in operating and evolving IT delivery and service organizations combining operational excellence with transformation capability and possess deep understanding of IT service management delivery governance and modern delivery models including agile and hybrid approaches
- You bring solid experience with budget cost and resource responsibility combined with a pragmatic and transparent financial mindset
- You excel at motivating and leading teams through complex transformations maintaining stability while driving change and continuous improvement andare comfortable operating in complex regulated and multistakeholder environments
- You communicate clearly and convincingly in English and Germanat senior and executive level knowledge of Spanish and/or Korean is a plus
