What you do
You will analyze customer feedback markets regulations competitors potential partners and service providers and develop products our customer like and aligned with the needs of Sales Operations and Fulfillment Trading Software Engineering Legal and Finance. With a strong focus on quantitative analysis and continuous improvement you will build sustainable scalable products.
- Product Strategy:Define and drive the long-term product roadmap. Youidentifymarket trends in the flexibility space and translate them into a scalable product strategy through a transparent process that incorporates both internal and external insights.
- Market & Competitor Analysis:Monitor the European flexibility commercialization landscape competitor activity and regulatory developments to ensure our productsare a headof themarket.
- Discovery & Innovation:You lead product discovery toidentifythe next generation of our productfeaturesand define the requirements for the development teams together with the Product Owners.
- Stakeholder Orchestration:You act as a peer to theSalesTradingEngineering Operations Finance and Legal team.You manage high-levelrequirements and ensure that theproductpromisesof ourproductsalign with our technicaland processualcapabilities.
Who you are
- You bring several years of experience in product managementintrading BESSorancillary services industry
- You enjoy working at the intersection of technology product and business and know how to balance customer needs commercial opportunities and technical feasibility.
- You combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured data-driven approach to prioritization and product decision-making.
- Youare an excellent communicator with the ability to gather information challenge perspectives constructively and align diverse stakeholders around a common direction.
- You can translate technical and regulatory complexity into clear product requirements features and priorities.
- You bring a strong ownership mindset and are confident navigating cross-functional dependencies across commercial technical and domain expert stakeholders.
