Job Summary
Job Description: Payroll Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Process and manage payroll for all employees accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and company policies
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
- Generate payroll reports for review by management
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams for payroll-related tasks
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office especially Excel
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and laws
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing and analysis
- Experience working in a similar role in the CBD or wellness industry is a plus
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll tax regulations
Salary & Benefits:
