Job Summary
Your role
As a Working Student IT Administrator at Yoshi en & Edeneve you support our team in ensuring a smooth and reliable IT environment across the company.
You take ownership of day-to-day support topics and help maintain our modern workplace setup enabling colleagues to work efficiently. After an initial onboarding phase you are expected to handle recurring requests independently and proactively improve internal processes.
You work closely with the IT team and collaborate with colleagues across all departments.
What youll work on
- Providefirst-level IT supportfor employees (hardware software access issues)
- Manage and resolve requests viaticketing tools(Jira Service Management)
- Supportuser and access management(Google Workspace)
- Assist withonboarding and offboarding(accounts devices permissions)
- Troubleshoot issues acrossApple devices and SaaS tools
- Help maintain and improve themodern workplace setup(WiFi conferencing systems meeting rooms IoT devices)
- Document solutions and contribute to improving IT processes and knowledge base
Your profile
Currently enrolled in aGerman university(e.g. Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Mathematics or a related field)
First experience inIT support helpdesk or customer support
Basic knowledge ofGoogle Workspace and/or Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
Understanding ofmodern workplace tools(e.g. Slack Google Meet)
Basic knowledge ofnetworking concepts(IP DNS DHCP WiFi VLANs)
Comfortable working in theApple ecosystem (macOS iOS)
Familiarity withSaaS environments and tools
Structured reliable andsolution-oriented mindset
Clear communication skills in English (C1) and ability to support non-technical users
Nice to have
- Experience withticketing systems
- Exposure toIT security / InfoSec / SecOps topics
- Experience withconferencing systems or office infrastructure
- Experience with MDM solutions
