ATE Test Engineer – Teradyne J750 (all gender) Semiconductor

YOU

• develop and implement test programs on stateoftheart ATE production testers with current focus on Teradyne J750
• work on wafer and final test for microcontroller devices with embedded nonvolatile memory (NVM)
• develop debug and verify test programs and test patterns on ATE in a secure laboratory environment
• execute engineering and characterization tests on wafer level and packaged devices
• optimize test programs to reduce testrelated yield losses
• evaluate and analyze test data to support learning cycles regarding NVM settings and performance
• document test results and ensure structured reporting
• coordinate closely with design concept product and test engineering teams on test concepts DfT topics content and results
• transfer and support test packages for production readiness

Qualifications :

YOU

• have successfully completed studies in Electrical Engineering Physics or a comparable field
• have professional experience in semiconductor test engineering preferably in test program development
• have handson experience with ATE ideally Teradyne J750
• have expert knowledge in digital test development including VBA programming
• have experience with JIRA and versioning/documentation tools such as SVN and Git
• bring general programming and scripting knowledge (e.g. Batch C/C Python)
• are experienced in test data analysis and familiar with statistical methods
• are a team player with good communication skills
• have good English language skills written and spoken
