Responsibilities

* Deliver outstanding customer service to all shoppers ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
* Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide knowledgeable advice on products.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
* Assist with stock management including receiving deliveries replenishing shelves and conducting regular inventory checks.
* Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising in line with company guidelines.
* Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
* Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
