Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in this role you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities through field prospecting and direct client engagement across the construction logistics and industrial sectors.
Location: Bucharest
Contract: 6 months extension possible
Tasks
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the construction logistics and industrial industries
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the sales process
Requirements
- Number of meetings conducted per week
- Leads generated
- Qualified opportunities created
- 25 years of experience in sales business development or a similar client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly proactive self-motivated and target-driven
- Comfortable with field prospecting and in-person meetings
- Experience working with CRM systems is a plus
- Fluent in Romanian and good command of English
