Job Summary
Summary
The role is for a Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC and building systems across multiple facilities. The technician will travel between sites using a company-provided vehicle and handle preventive maintenance troubleshooting emergency repairs inspections and general building maintenance. HVAC work is the primary focus with additional responsibilities involving electrical plumbing fire/life safety and building automation systems.
- Schedule: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
- Coverage area: Up to 20 sites with travel up to 85 miles from Albany
- On-call support: Required for occasional after-hours emergencies
- Work environments: Office spaces warehouses barns garages and commercial facilities
Requirements
- Universal EPA 608 Certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 4 years of technical/commercial HVAC experience
- Experience with:
- HVAC repair and troubleshooting
- Preventive maintenance
- Electrical and plumbing maintenance
- Commercial facility maintenance
- Valid state drivers license
- Ability to travel between multiple sites
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders up to 30 ft.
- Willingness to work overtime and on-call shifts
