Job Summary
Job Title: Mobile Engineer (EPA Universal Required)
Location:Cleveland OH
Role Overview:
Field-based Mobile Engineer responsible for HVAC mechanical electrical plumbing and general building systems maintenance across assigned facilities. This role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting repair work and maintaining building uptime through preventive and reactive maintenance.
What youll do:
- Perform maintenance and repair of HVAC electrical plumbing and mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and building equipment issues
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks on facility systems
- Handle general building maintenance (lighting fixtures structural repairs etc.)
- Respond to breakdowns and urgent facility issues
- Perform routine inspections of building systems
- Complete work orders and document all maintenance activity
- Support vendors and outside contractors when needed
- Maintain compliance with all safety procedures
What were looking for:
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Strong HVAC and building systems experience
- Experience with electrical mechanical and plumbing systems
- Ability to diagnose and repair equipment independently
- Background in commercial facility maintenance
