Job Summary
Summary
Seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Maintenance & Troubleshooting Technician with strong hands-on expertise in servicing repairing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems. The role involves preventive and reactive maintenance troubleshooting mechanical/electrical/plumbing issues responding to emergency service calls and supporting overall facility operations across commercial sites.
Requirements
- 4 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC repair maintenance and troubleshooting
- Universal EPA 608 Certification (mandatory)
- Experience with:
- Commercial HVAC systems and packaged units
- Preventive and reactive maintenance
- Mechanical maintenance
- Electrical and plumbing troubleshooting
- Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Fire/Life Safety systems
- MEP systems
- CMMS/work order management systems
- Commercial facilities maintenance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle emergency/on-call service situations
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel between job sites
- Experience in mobile/service technician roles
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders
- Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and compliance
- Professional attitude and good interview/presentation skills
