The candidate will be responsible for recruiting insurance advisors/agents driving agency sales and achieving business targets through the agency distribution ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience leadership ability and relationship management Responsibilities
- Recruit and activate life insurance advisors/agents.
- Develop and manage a productive agency network.
- Drive life insurance sales through agents/advisors.
- Conduct field activities joint calls and customer meetings.
- Train and motivate agents to achieve sales targets.
- Achieve monthly quarterly and annual business goals.
- Build strong relationships with advisors and customers.
- Ensure policy issuance documentation and customer servicing.
- Maintain daily sales reports and agency MIS.
