Job Title: HR Executive
Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to support day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment and onboarding maintain employee records and attendance coordinate HR activities support payroll inputs and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions including sourcing screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage joining formalities and employee onboarding processes.
- Prepare offer letters appointment letters and related documentation.
- HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance leave records and the employee database.
- Assist in payroll inputs and salary coordination with finance.
- Update and maintain HRMIS/ERP and other HR systems.
- Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and provide HR support.
- Assist in grievance handling and resolution under guidance.
- Support employee engagement activities and events.
- Help implement HR policies and company rules.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain statutory compliance records related to PF ESIC and applicable labor laws.
- Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of employee documents.
- Assist during internal and external audits and inspections.
- Training & Performance Support
- Coordinate employee training programs and logistics.
- Support performance appraisal activities and documentation.
- Track employee probation periods and confirmation processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
- Working knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/HRIS.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Skills
The candidate should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills organizational ability attention to detail and effective problem-solving and coordination capabilities. Ability to work in a team manage time and handle multiple priorities is essential.
Preferred Industry Experience
Experience in manufacturing engineering logistics or corporate office environments is preferred.
Salary Range
18000 – 35000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
