Job Title: Interior Designer

Description

We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Interior Designer with advanced experience in AutoCAD 3ds Max with Enscape SketchUp with V-Ray and practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applications in design. The successful candidate will develop concept and construction-ready interiors for residential commercial and hospitality projects produce high-quality visualizations coordinate with consultants and contractors and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed floor plans elevations sections and construction documents using AutoCAD and other CAD tools.
• Create photorealistic renders and real-time visualizations using 3ds Max Enscape SketchUp and V-Ray.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and workflows to accelerate concept generation material selection and rendering optimization.
• Develop design concepts mood boards material palettes and furniture plans aligned with client briefs and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects engineers vendors and contractors to ensure constructability and maintain design intent during implementation.
• Prepare specification documents finish schedules and furniture procurement lists.
• Ensure compliance with building codes accessibility standards and sustainability targets.
• Lead client presentations respond to feedback and iteratively refine designs to meet expectations.
• Manage multiple projects timelines and deliverables while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
