Job Title: HR Personnel (Construction Sector – Turkey)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Personnel to support human resource operations within our construction projects across Turkey. The role requires strong knowledge of labor regulations, site-based workforce management, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment for site and office staff (engineers, supervisors, laborers, subcontractors)
- Coordinate onboarding and mobilization of workers to construction sites
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and site attendance
- Ensure compliance with Turkish labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies
- Handle payroll inputs including overtime, site allowances, and leave records
- Manage employee relations, including grievance handling and disciplinary actions on-site
- Support work permit, visa, and documentation processes (for foreign workers if applicable)
- Coordinate training programs (safety training, inductions, compliance training)
- Liaise with project managers and site supervisors regarding workforce planning
- Assist in demobilization and contract termination processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or engineering sector
- Strong knowledge of Turkish labor law and construction workforce regulations
- Experience handling blue-collar workforce management
- Fluent in Turkish and good command of English
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll systems
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects
- Familiarity with subcontractor management
- Knowledge of occupational health & safety practices
- HR certification is an advantage
