Job Title: HR Personnel (Construction Sector – Turkey)

Location: Turkey

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Personnel to support human resource operations within our construction projects across Turkey. The role requires strong knowledge of labor regulations, site-based workforce management, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment for site and office staff (engineers, supervisors, laborers, subcontractors)
• Coordinate onboarding and mobilization of workers to construction sites
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and site attendance
• Ensure compliance with Turkish labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies
• Handle payroll inputs including overtime, site allowances, and leave records
• Manage employee relations, including grievance handling and disciplinary actions on-site
• Support work permit, visa, and documentation processes (for foreign workers if applicable)
• Coordinate training programs (safety training, inductions, compliance training)
• Liaise with project managers and site supervisors regarding workforce planning
• Assist in demobilization and contract termination processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or engineering sector
• Strong knowledge of Turkish labor law and construction workforce regulations
• Experience handling blue-collar workforce management
• Fluent in Turkish and good command of English
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll systems
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on large-scale construction projects
• Familiarity with subcontractor management
• Knowledge of occupational health & safety practices
• HR certification is an advantage
