Who Are We Looking For
- Youre currently studying Business Administration Human Resources Management Psychology Sociology Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Youre in your 3rd or 4th year of studies
- You live in Istanbul or are willing to relocate for the duration of the internship
- Youre a collaborative team player eager to learn and ready to take on challenges
- Youre fluent in English and can communicate confidently if this sounds like you we want to hear from you!
Qualifications :
- Strong interest in Human Resources processes such as recruitment onboarding and employee experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to HR projects.
