Project context

This role involves translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions ensuring seamless delivery across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will act as a key contributor and mentor within the team driving process improvements supporting cross-functional projects and maintaining production integrity while collaborating with stakeholders and customers.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Create a detailed business analysis by outlining problems opportunities and solutions.
Accurate and consistent delivery of committed artifacts by being attentive to detail and adhering to agile development methodologies.
Develop new testing scenarios by enhancing the efficiency of existing processes.
Optimize the existing business processes by meeting expectations of stakeholders.
Profile
Demonstrated functional knowledge and expertise in the domain
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of SQL and Change & Release Management processes
Clear and concise communication skills
Collaborate with stakeholders
High-level of self-drive

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must Have Skills:

Business requirement gathering
Candidate should have expertise on IT Business analysis
Understanding on Asset and Liability management Liquidity Risk (FTP Interest Rate Risk FX Risk NIM along with cash
Strong Business Analysis skill across artifacts like Impact analysis Business Requirement documents Functional specification document Functional Validation (Testing) and etc.
Agile process knowledge like user story sprint planning demo is also a must.
Ability to perform validation testing functionality reviews and relevant training (peer on boarding developers ..).

Good to have Skills:
Proven communication skills (spoken and written) to interact with on & off-shore teams with multi-cultural environment.
Should be a quick learner adapt to change pro-active & self driven.
Strong analytical skills and proven numerical skills.
Keen sense of quality and client orientation
Should be flexible to work from different locations and different timings.
