Position Overview
CGI is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Techno-Functional Consultant to join the Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R11i and R12 environments with hands-on experience in developing testing deploying and supporting RICE components.
The role involves providing technical support enhancements and integration solutions for Oracle Financials modules including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets and Cash Management.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Provide technical support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R11i and R12 applications with primary focus on Oracle Financials modules.
Develop test and deploy RICE components including Reports Interfaces Conversions and Extensions.
Design and implement custom solutions using SQL/PLSQL Oracle Forms Oracle Reports and BI Publisher.
Support inbound and outbound integrations using REST/SOAP APIs file-based integrations FTP and database/file handling mechanisms.
Work on Oracle Application Framework (OAF) personalization customization and extensions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Financials applications and integrations.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Participate in Oracle EBS implementation upgrade enhancement and production support projects.
Ensure smooth application support operations with minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
Maintain technical documentation for configurations customizations interfaces and support activities.
Support workflows notifications and integration-related processes within Oracle EBS.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills
Strong experience in Oracle EBS R11i and R12 environments.
Hands-on expertise in Oracle Financials modules:
oGeneral Ledger (GL)
oAccounts Payable (AP)
oAccounts Receivable (AR)
oFixed Assets (FA)
oCash Management (CM)
Strong proficiency in SQL/PLSQL programming.
Experience with Oracle Forms Oracle Reports and BI Publisher.
Strong knowledge of RICE components development and support.
Hands-on experience with Interfaces Workflows and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
Experience integrating Oracle EBS with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and file-based integrations.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in production support environments.

Good-to-Have Skills
Experience in Oracle EBS implementation and upgrade projects.
Knowledge of FTP database/file handling and email notification processes.
Experience working in AMS / Production Support environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams.
