Senior IT Project Manager

Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.

Sr. IT Project Manager is responsible for leading large complex multiworkstream technology programs that deliver strategic business outcomes. The role requires strong governance stakeholder engagement and financial discipline while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology execution across Agile Waterfall and hybrid delivery models.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Lead endtoend delivery of enterprise IT programs managing scope schedule budget risks dependencies and milestones.
. Establish and maintain program governance including status reporting RAID management executive dashboards and steering committee forums.
. Partner with business technology and vendor teams to ensure alignment dependency management and timely decisionmaking.
. Manage financials including budgeting forecasting cost tracking and vendor performance (SOWs contracts).
. Proactively identify risks and issues driving mitigation strategies to ensure predictable lowrisk delivery

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. 10 years of experience in IT Program or Senior Project Management delivering largescale multistream initiatives.
. Strong experience with enterprise governance PMO frameworks and executivelevel stakeholder management.
. Proven ability to manage multimilliondollar budgets and vendor engagements.
. Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum / SAFe) Waterfall and hybrid delivery models.
. Strong communication leadership and problemsolving skills within complex regulated environments.

Program governance & delivery lead large multiworkstream IT initiatives with strong risk and dependency management.
Stakeholder & executive engagement clear communication steerco leadership and decision support.
Financial & vendor management budget control forecasting and SOW/vendor oversight.
Agile & hybrid delivery expertise strong understanding of Agile Waterfall and enterprise IT delivery models.

The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95000$145000. This role is an existing vacancy.**
