Job Summary
负责对接客户处理日常咨询订单跟进交期确认等工作
Responsible for communicating with customers handling daily inquiries order follow-up and delivery date confirmation.
接收客户订单核对订单信息并录入系统同步生产仓库物流等部门确保订单顺利执行
Receive customer orders verify and enter order information into the system coordinate with production warehouse logistics and other departments to ensure smooth order execution.
跟踪生产进度发货情况及时向客户反馈订单状态处理异常沟通
Follow up production progress and shipment status provide timely feedback to customers on order status and handle abnormal issues.
处理客户售后问题如产品质量异议货损补发退换货等协调内部快速解决
Handle customer after-sales issues such as product quality disputes cargo damage replacement returns and exchanges and coordinate internal resources for quick resolution.
根据订单出货情况与出货时间负责订柜安排拖车及装货事宜
Arrange container booking truck dispatch and loading according to order volume and delivery schedule.
订单出货后负责制作并整理装箱单PL商业发票INV等出货单证并完成相关系统操作
After shipment prepare and organize packing list (PL) commercial invoice (INV) and other shipping documents and complete relevant system operations.
按要求及时将补料PLINV 等资料发送给货代和客户确保报关清关及货物交接顺畅
Submit shipping instructions PL INV and other documents to freight forwarders and customers in a timely manner to ensure smooth customs declaration customs clearance and cargo handover.
