Job Summary

Overview

Nakupuna Federal is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst to provide program management support across all shipbuilding phases within NAVWARs Ship Integration Program Office (PMW 760). This role contributes to the planning analysis and execution of programs delivering integrated C4I capabilities to the Fleet enabling improved operational readiness interoperability and warfighting effectiveness. The analyst will support program leadership through data-driven analysis program performance tracking and decision support ensuring programs remain aligned with capability delivery timelines operational priorities and Fleet mission requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Independently analyze program requirements schedules budgets and execution data to identify risks and opportunities affecting capability delivery timelines.
  • Provide analytical insights to program leadership supporting data-driven decision making and program execution improvements.
  • Conduct management technical and business case analyses supporting program execution strategies acquisition decisions and resource prioritization.
  • Assess program performance metrics to help leadership optimize resource allocation and maintain alignment with operational capability delivery objectives.
  • Collect organize and analyze program data to assess performance schedule adherence and funding execution across program activities.
  • Interpret program metrics and trends to identify potential impacts to capability delivery schedules integration milestones and operational readiness.
  • Develop analytical products that provide clear actionable insights for program leadership and stakeholders.
  • Monitor program schedules milestones and execution status to ensure alignment with capability delivery timelines and Fleet operational priorities.
  • Track key program performance indicators and identify emerging risks impacting program execution or integration activities.
  • Apply Government program management processes supporting configuration control documentation management and program transparency.
  • Maintain program data repositories and reporting artifacts to ensure accurate program visibility for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Direct team members on tasking and train individuals in areas where gaps exist.

Qualifications

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience applying data management data analysis and data visualization.
  • Experience in designing multiple data visualization techniques and applying the most appropriate visualization tailored to various audiences.
  • Understanding of NAVWAR or PEO C4I mission areas and shipboard C4I integration
  • Experience supporting Navy or DoD acquisition programs delivering operational capabilities
  • Ability to communicate program performance and risk insights to leadership audiences
  • Excellent oral and written skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team as well as lead junior team members.

Education/Experience: The following are desirable levels of experience:

  • Masters degree and 10 years of relevant work experience OR
  • Bachelors degree and 14 years of relevant work experience OR
  • 16 years of relevant working experience

Certification: No certifications required

Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a government-issued CAC and possess a Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements: The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation:

  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands wrists and fingers.
  • Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.

The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors including but not limited to the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract-specific affordability organizational requirements and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $98000.00 to $183000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
